Would you like a guided tour of First World War trenches dug by local soldiers over one hundred years ago?
Visit authentic practice trenches and gain a unique insight into the lives of Oxfordshire Soldiers. To mark the Centenary of the end of the First World War, the Hill End Outdoor Education Centre is inviting more communities for history tours of the practice trenches dug by local soldiers in Wytham Woods over 100 years ago. The next tours will take place on:
Monday 10 & Thursday 13 December 2018
Morning tour starts at 10am. Afternoon tour starts at 1pm.
Meet in the Hill End car park next to the Blue Dragon building.
