Hill End was delighted to be awarded the Green Flag Award® in 2022-2023 for the quality of our outdoor space. We are proud to have now achieved this recognition for several years running, and you can see more details on the Green Flag website here.

The Green Flag Award® scheme* , now over 25 years old, recognises and rewards well managed parks and green spaces, setting the benchmark standard for the management of recreational outdoor spaces across the United Kingdom and around the world.

Our beautiful site is managed carefully for outdoor education and wildlife, for schools and other site users, and we are proud to share this with our local community during open and family events. Our site staff work with a valued group of dedicated volunteers to keep it looking at its very best, and we also welcome corporate volunteering enquiries from companies looking to give back to a much-loved educational charity.
