At Hill End, we believe that outdoor learning has the power to inspire, build confidence and create lasting memories. That’s why we’re proud to offer a wide range of CPD opportunities for adults, designed to support teachers, outdoor learning practitioners, parents and carers.
Our experienced team is always happy to discuss your CPD interests and create bespoke sessions or training days that meet the specific needs of your staff. Whether you’re looking to build confidence in leading outdoor activities, develop subject knowledge, or simply find fresh inspiration for your teaching, we can work with you to design the right experience.
Previous sessions have included Making the Most of Your Ponds, Trees in Learning Spaces, and Staff Wellbeing days – but that’s just the beginning. We also offer training in outdoor numeracy and literacy, map skills, using fire safely, planning a residential, and much more.
Whether you’re completely new to outdoor learning or looking to deepen your practice, our CPD courses provide practical ideas, hands-on experience, and plenty of inspiration to take back to your school, workplace or community.
