Well done for finding no.11 on the Hill End habitats trail!
The grassland at Hill End is the main value of the site for wildlife. The top of the site is a Site of Special Scientific Interest for the rich grassland community whose varied wild flowers and grasses support a rich fauna of insects, reptiles, mammals and birds.
See the metal sheets and look under them for the secret wildlife that lives near the grassland. Look in the grassland for the insects and other wildlife that live here.
