Friends of Hill End

Friends of Hill End is a membership organisation – and open to anyone who can support the Hill End Centre by donating time, resources, skills or money.

The aim of the group is ‘to support and promote the Hill End Centre to the people of Oxfordshire and beyond, and ensure its future’.

A strong Friends of Hill End Volunteer Team works regularly on maintenance and development tasks and is a vital part of the Hill End team.

Additionally, through grant applications and fundraising activities, the Friends of Hill End help to raise funds in order to provide additional facilities and improvements not currently available.

You can now support the Friends via the new White Horse Community Lottery – help us and have the chance to win a weekly jackpot of £25,000!

The Friends also hosts a programme of outdoor, environmental and craft experiences for group members and the wider public. Forthcoming events will be advertised here – previous programmes have included badgers, bats and bushcraft!

The benefits of membership to Friends of Hill End are:

*Reduced rate for public activity days and some other public events held at Hill End.

*Programmed events specific to the Friends for which a nominal fee is charged.

*Discounted entry to Friends’ fundraising events.

*Long term support for the Centre.
