Join us for a fantastic day of autumn adventure at Hill End! Explore our stunning 67-acre site, get creative with nature crafts, enjoy spooky activities, and gather around the campfire to toast marshmallows.
There’ll also be a special opportunity to meet the experts from the University of Oxford’s Department of Biology and discover the incredible world of Harris’s Hawks and Homing pigeons. Watch a thrilling hawk flying demonstration, explore the science of bird flight and vision, and hear fascinating stories of homing pigeons: from their heroic role in the World Wars to what they can teach us today about navigation and flight.
With plenty of space to explore, play and run free, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Come and discover the magic of Hill End, and get close to nature!
You may choose to ‘add on hot lunch’ – a delicious jacket potato, topped with beans and sausage (or veggie option) and cheese, or homemade soup and a roll, OR please bring your own picnic. Please pre order via the ‘add ons’
